How Much Do Invitations Cost?
Invitations from The Stylish Scribe vary in price based on the design you select, and typically range from $2.00 to $8.00 each, depending on materials used. I will give you a quote, or several, depending on the type of invitations you prefer. One of the main goals of The Stylish Scribe is to provide brides with custom invitations without the custom price! I am happy to work within your budget to create your perfect invitation!
Can I Order a Sample?
Just want to order a sample to see in person first? Please visit my store, www.thestylishscribe.etsy.com where you can purchase samples of invitations. If you decide to order through me that cost will be credited back to you!
Do you have minimum Orders?
There are no minimum orders required to place an order with the Stylish Scribe, LLC.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Invitations are turned around as quickly as possible. The design phase can be as short as 5 days or as long as 2 months depending on changes you request during the proofing phase. Printing and assembly of the invitations can be completed between 3-5 weeks, depending on the quantity ordered. We will discuss the approximate timeframe during your design phase to ensure you have them when you need them.
Once an order has been placed with a full proof signed off on, production for invitation orders is normally shipped within 2-3 weeks, RUSH ORDERS can be processed between 1-2 weeks. Orders of 100 or more invitations may require additional timing, but will be expressed during the final breakdown. If special materials need to be ordered or items have become unavailable or backordered you will be notified immediately and the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Do you accept rush orders?
In a hurry to have invitations created? I can definitely help you get your perfect invitation in a short amount of time. A $100 fee will be charged on top of your order to rush production, email me and I will provide you with a quote. You will go straight to the top of my priority list and I will do everything I can to get your invitations completed as quickly as possible!
Can I select the Graphics & Fonts?
I have a large assortment of fonts available for use on the invitations. Just ask me to send you the font sheet! I am able to buy other custom graphics if you do not see something here that you like. Just send me an email and let me know what you are looking for and I will be happy to help you.
All of my products are handmade and maybe vary slightly from one invitation to another. While I try to ensure that everything is seamless throughout the design, some slight variances may occur.
Many invitations appears different from what you see on the computer screen to what is printed out. If you have specific colors codes you would like to use to ensure consistency please let me know. Otherwise I highly recommend that you have a printed sample sent to you prior to printing the entire order to ensure everything is correct. Many colors print darker or lighter depending on your settings on your computer.
All shipping for order will be through Fedex Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail
Orders of 1 - 50 invitations will be charged $15.00
Orders of 50 -150 invitations will be charged $20.00
Orders of 150+ shipping quote will be provided
Expedited shipping via Fedex is always available. A personal quote will be provided if this shipping method is selected.
International shipping is always provided. Depending on your location a quote for your specific order will be provided.
Normal shipping rates range from $30-$70 depending on the size.
Duties and Taxes may be added to your package, this is governmental fee and out of the Stylish Scribe's hands.
If you wish to have your envelopes shipped prior to your order being completed I can do so for an additional $10.
What happens if I spelled something wrong on the invitations?
Proofread, proofread, and proofread again! I will have you sign off on the final design (proofs will be emailed to you) prior to beginning the print phase. It is your responsibility to ensure that everything is correct when you give final approval (grammar, dates, name, etc must be checked and approved). The Stylish Scribe is not responsible for proofreading. Once printing is complete and the invitations are sent to you, we cannot issue a refund if there is an error. Re-printing charges will be billed to you for 50% of your order if invitations must be reprinted. I recommend that you have a second person proofread your invitations before you sign off on them.
If I have made a mistake, and the wrong proof was printed, then I will be happy to reprint the invitations at no cost to you.
ONCE THE FINAL FILES ARE APPROVAL, ALL PRINTING IS FINAL.
